Only 90 550 Spyders were constructed between 1953 and 1956. Porsche's first purpose-built competition car not only proved to be successful on the track it also became an iconic symbol of Porsche's engineering and design prowess. On my top five list of all-time beauties I had to include one in my collection. I call her Elke.
